Merchandise & Commission Cancellation Policy

Physical products & art commissions are made to order. For physical products, you can cancel before they're in the production process by clicking on the link in your email receipt. For commissions, all sales are final & returns are not accepted once the order is placed. If you entered a fake or mistyped email on the order, please contact us with a picture of your order, including the visible quality issue & your order number, so we can find and possibly cancel your order.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Donations placed individually and added to your order are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership anytime via your Billing page. Please note that cancellations will take effect after your current membership subscription period ends. To refund or cancel your current period, please contact us.

Refund & Exchange Policies

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders unless they have quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph showing the quality issue. 

To return your product and get a refund or an exchange, send an email to contact@support.watergtag.com including an attached screenshot of your quality issue, and your order number.

• PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
• Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations and Tips Refund Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips. 

Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy

To refund or cancel your current membership, please contact us. Please note that refunds can be refused, and you must have a valid email receipt that shows you are the owner of the membership.
